Also in this case it is a fresh feed, capable of hydrating the animals as well as nourishing them, with a range of water content that can range from 80% to 65% Protein-enriched and dried feed. It is a classic feed with a high protein content, enriched with proteins coming from the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the biomass and which bring the protein content into a range between 25% and 30%. The feed is subsequently dried to stabilize it and bring it to a water content of around 85%-88% which favors its long-term shelf life and minimizes logistics costs for shipping it even far from the production site.
